Shipping & Return
Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 days from the time you receive your order confirmation on business days (not including public holidays).
North America – USA, Canada & Mexico: 3-5 business days standard and 1-2 days express
UK & Europe: 5-7 business days standard and 2-3 days express
Asia, Australia & New Zealand: 7-11 business days 3-4 days express
The shipping times are guidelines only and deliveries may be delayed due to adverse weather conditions and customs delays.
1. Customs policy
Customer is responsible for customs charges for all international orders. If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.
2. Incorrect shipping address
Please be sure to check your shipping address for errors before processing any orders. We can not be held responsible for products shipped to the wrong address due to input error.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Chidozie Omile is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.
The purchaser is responsible for signing for their package upon delivery, if applicable. If a package is not signed for and the package is returned, Chidozie Omile cannot be responsible for replacing the product if the package is lost in transit. The purchaser is also responsible for making sure that the shipping address entered is a secure address. We cannot cover the cost of lost or stolen packages, nor can we interact with the shipping company to locate your lost package, if the tracking information says it was delivered to the shipping address. If the shipping company shows the packaged as having been delivered, then we will assume that it was delivered and that something must have happened to the package at its destination.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from your delivery date to return an item for a refund.
We recommend that your return is sent back within 7 days of receipt to ensure the parcel arrives at the original location in time.
To return one or more items from your order, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and the reference of the item you wish to return. Our team will contact you to provide all details and a shipping label.
Items should be returned unworn and undamaged and the original packaging included.
We invite you to try on the shoes on a soft surface, in order to avoid any damage to the sole or other parts of the product. Return not available on items on sale.
Once your return has been received and processed, your refund can take up to 10 business days and will be issued via the original payment method, excluding the delivery cost.

Please note, we do not offer refund of all the costs related to the shipment of your order.
Pre-order items require 100% deposit to reserve your item. Shipping date is noted in the item description and may be subject to change. Items will be shipped out upon availability.
We are unable to provide refunds for pre-order items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange or store credit will be provided towards a future purchase.
