Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 days from the time you receive your order confirmation on business days (not including public holidays). Once items are shipped it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen during shipping. Please contact the postal carrier used for your shipment.
We do not ship items to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO (army post office/fleet post office/diplomatic post office) addresses. All items must be shipped to a physical address.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with your tracking number and a link for tracking your order. Please note, we're unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse. The shipping cost is non refundable for exchanges. Delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.
All overseas shipments are subject to specific country customs, duties, and taxes which Chidozie is not responsible for.
We hope your items arrive safely but if for any reason there is damage please send us photos of the damage so we can submit a claim and replace or refund your purchase.
